Job summary

FlightSafety International seeks a Simulator Maintenance Technician I to perform routine daily maintenance on aircrew training devices, including WST, BOT, FuT and PTT. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; electronics coursework preferred.
• 1–3 years of flight simulator technician experience desired.
• Secret clearance capability and CompTIA A+ preferred or ability to gain within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on aircrew training devices following detailed manuals.
• Localize and replace defective parts to component level.
• Use schematics to trace basic circuits and document maintenance actions.
• Maintain updated maintenance records and track repair status in the data system.
• Communicate findings to supervisors and provide guidance to junior technicians.
