Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is hiring for an entry-level technician trainee. No experience required; you will be trained in basic automotive services such as mounting/balancing tires and oil changes.

Responsibilities

• Mounting and balancing tires and related services.
• Oil changes, filters replacement, and other basic automotive maintenance.
• Tire repairs and related tasks.
• Demonstrate guest service with clear vehicle communications.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.

Shift Information

Depending on location, our stores may be open 7 days a week, which may include weekends and some holidays

About the Role: What skills will you learn?

• Train with mid and senior level automotive technicians to learn additional automotive services.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles
