Dick Hannah Dealerships is seeking an entry-level Automotive Technician to start a career in the automotive industry. The role focuses on basic maintenance like lube, oil and filter changes, tire rotation, and coolant system flushing.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and eager to learn, with a passion for vehicles. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with generous PTO, comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and six paid holidays per year.

Competenze

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with tech.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Entry-level qualifications including diagnostic, electrical and engine repair.

Mansioni

• Performs repair order work with efficiency and accuracy per dealership and factory standards.
• Sells lubrication, safety inspection, and related services.
• Inspects vehicle fluid levels and replenishes as necessary.
• Checks tire pressure and adds air as needed.
• Communicates with Parts Department to obtain needed parts.
• Saves and tags parts of the job if under warranty or per customer request.
• Examines vehicles to determine further safety or service work needed.
• Documents all work on the repair order and communicates with the service advisor.
• Road tests vehicles and participates in manufacturer training programs.
• Keeps abreast of technical bulletins and safety regulations.
