Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO), part of Bridgestone Americas, is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician for Firestone Complete Auto Care. The role supports a team servicing vehicles with full-time and part-time benefits from day one. Pay range: $11.88–$17.82 per hour.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing basic automotive systems, performing maintenance, tire service, and road testing. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems (brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, electrical).
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
