Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in the United States is hiring an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a team servicing vehicles at Bridgestone stores. You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes, tire maintenance, and road-test vehicles.

This role offers full-time and part-time benefits from day one, a pay range of $13.20 to $19.80 per hour, and opportunities to earn ASE certifications through on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid automobile driver's license at all times to drive vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance and battery checks.
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs and performance.
