Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry level Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems while contributing to a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Pay range is $13.86–$20.79 per hour with full and part-time benefits from day one, including a tool program and ongoing ASE certification opportunities. Bridgestone values diversity, teamwork, and growth for every teammate.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
