Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is looking for an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join the team at our Firestone Complete Auto Care operation. You’ll be integral to servicing vehicles, with full- and part-time benefits starting from day one.

Responsibilities include basic diagnostics and repairs, tire maintenance, oil changes, and electrical checks. A valid driver's license and willingness to learn are required. We value safety and teamwork in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry is preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
