Job summary

Goodyear is seeking an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in our Auto Service centers. You will learn basic services, with on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience required; we provide training and invest in your future with benefits such as medical plans, 401(k), and paid vacations. Must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Interest in learning automotive skills and delivering great guest service.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform basic automotive services: mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, filters replacement.
• Train with mid- and senior-level automotive technicians to expand services.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication and vehicle updates.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations and uphold safety policies.
