Qualifications

• Reliable and safety-conscious, with interest in automotive repair.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety standards.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR check.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred HS diploma or technical training; prior hands-on experience; licenses.
• Willingness to learn in a shop environment and adapt to a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire mounting, balancing, and rotation services.
• Execute oil changes and routine maintenance tasks.
• Complete digital vehicle inspections and document repairs.
• Identify safety concerns and communicate findings.
• Conduct safety and emissions inspections where applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles, shop, and customer areas.
• Transport parts and supplies as needed.
• Follow safety protocols, PPE use, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training.
• Adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekends.
