Job summary

RoShay Services is seeking an Entry-Level Lube Technician to deliver friendly customer service while performing basic vehicle maintenance tasks. You will learn through hands-on training and join a supportive team focused on safety and quality.

Initial duties include oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery tests and replacements, lights and wiper inspections, and completing an 18-point maintenance check. Weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a positive attitude and attention to detail throughout training.
• Eagerness to learn and read training materials.
• Fluent English required for instruction and customer interaction.
• Stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn to change oil and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Check and refill fluids; rotate tires as trained.
• Test and replace batteries; inspect lights and wipers.
• Complete an 18-point maintenance check during training.
