Honda of Burien is seeking motivated, mechanically inclined individuals to start a career as entry-level automotive technicians in Burien, WA. You’ll train and work alongside experienced technicians, performing oil changes, inspections, and basic fixes while learning dealership standards.

We value hands-on experience and a strong work ethic. Compensation ranges from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, with opportunities for ongoing training and career growth within a busy dealership service department.

Qualifications

• Automotive trade school training or hands-on mechanical experience is preferred.
• Interest in building a career as an automotive technician.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems, tools, and shop safety.
• Desire to participate in ongoing manufacturer training.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes.
• Complete tire rotations and tire-pressure inspections.
• Check and top off vehicle fluids.
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Assist with basic vehicle care and light repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Learn dealership processes and manufacturer repair standards.
