Goodyear is hiring an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers. You will learn to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• No prior automotive experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Learn to mount and balance tires and perform oil changes.
• Conduct basic automotive preventative maintenance tasks.
• Assist senior technicians and ensure guest vehicles are attended to.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies consistently.
• Demonstrate clear communication with guests and team members.
