Qualifications

• Experience in engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems.
• Strong health and safety compliance understanding.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license.
• Maintain ASE certifications as required by state/local law (A4, A5, A7, A6, A1, A3, A8, A2).

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles to CarMax standards for quality and safety.
• Collaborate with a team to solve technical challenges quickly and effectively.
• Gain hands-on experience across domestic and foreign vehicles.
