Job summary

Just Tires, a Goodyear company, is seeking an Entry Level Automotive Technician in Maryland. You will gain hands-on experience in our auto service center, learning basic services while delivering outstanding service.

Experience isn’t required; you will be trained. The pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, with a benefits package including medical, 401(k), dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires and oil changes.
• Train with mid and senior technicians to expand automotive service knowledge.
• Deliver excellent guest service with clear communication about vehicles.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations.
• Follow safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks, including lifting tires and wheels.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such-as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. As an Entry Level Automotive Technician, you will gain hands‑on experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers by learning how to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service.

Experience isn't required for this position. You will be trained in any skills required.

Shift Information:

Depending on location, our stores may be open 7 days a week, which may include weekends and some holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, including consumer tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.
