Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is hiring an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers. You will learn basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service and training under experienced technicians.

No prior automotive experience is required—we will invest in your success and provide comprehensive training, with opportunities for fast-track career advancement and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• No prior automotive experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Learn basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, filters replacements, and more.
• Train with mid and senior level automotive technicians to learn additional services.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service and clear communication with guests' vehicles.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on guest expectations.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such-as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.

Shift Information

Depending on location, our stores may be open 7 days a week, which may include weekends and some holidays
