The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in Goodyear Auto Service centers. You will learn basic automotive services while delivering high-quality guest service in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience is required; training is provided to help you start a rewarding career with opportunities for advancement in sales, technician, and management roles.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience isn't required; you will be trained in required skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn basic automotive services: mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, and filter replacements.
• Train with mid and senior automotive technicians to learn additional services.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service and clear communication with customers.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain adherence to company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods (lifting tires/wheels).

Depending on location, our stores may be open 7 days a week, which may include weekends and some holidays
