Aegis Worldwide is seeking an entry-level Quality Engineer for our manufacturing client in Morristown, TN. This role is ideal for a recent engineering graduate or someone with about one year of experience to grow a career in automotive quality.

• Recent engineering graduate or 0–2 years internships/co-ops.
• Exposure to automotive quality processes preferred.
• Familiarity with PPAP, PFMEA, or IATF 16949 a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with internal and external quality audits and follow-up actions.
• Work with operators and technicians on the manufacturing floor to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and submit PPAP documentation to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor quality performance, investigate defects, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain quality documentation and support compliance with automotive quality standards.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve processes and prevent recurring issues.
