Job summary

Dent Wizard International in the United States is seeking a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician with no prior experience required. You will receive paid eight‑week training with travel and lodging provided, and begin a rewarding PDR career.

As a hands‑on technician, you will repair dents on various vehicles at customer locations or sites, build relationships with clients, and advance through tech levels while enjoying strong benefits and support from a growing team.

What You’ll Do:

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process




• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals




• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships




• Self‑motivation and the ability to work independently




• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions




• Manual dexterity for repetitive‑motion tasks




• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds




• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

All candidates selected for offer will undergo post‑offer, pre‑employment screening appropriate to the role. Commission‑based uncapped earning potential.

First year earning potential: $50,000-$75,000

Long‐term earning potential: $70,000-$150,000+

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

The starting compensation is expected to be:

$23.10/Hour
