Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking an Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician with no experience required. You’ll learn through a six-week paid training program, travel to customer locations or work at sites, and start building your customer base with support from our team.

You’ll develop skills in dent repair using our proprietary PDR process, review work with customers, and grow toward higher tech levels with uncapped earning potential, comprehensive benefits, and company perks.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard's proprietary PDR process.
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.

Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician - No Experience Needed!

Training compensation at the hourly rate, then phased combo compensation of hourly rate and commission as you move out of training and start building your customer base! Commission-based uncapped earning potential. Long-term earning potential: $60,000-$150,000+

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

The starting compensation is expected to be: $21.00/hour
