Dent Wizard is seeking an experienced Auto BodyPaint Technician to deliver high-quality automotive reconditioning at partner locations across the region. This role operates on a 100% commission basis with uncapped earning potential, backed by a strong starting range and significant long-term upside.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of collision repair or bodywork experience, sharp color matching ability, a customer-first mindset, and the resilience to work outdoors in any weather.

Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance. Commission-based uncapped earning potential. First year earning potential: $50,000-$75,000 Long-term earning potential: $70,000-$150,000+

What You’ll Do:

• Travel to customers to perform high-quality minor automotive reconditioning activities such as paint touch-ups to full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment and proven techniques
• Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection
• Work independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions
• Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in collision repair or bodywork
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
• Self‑motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Great communication skills and a customer‑first mindset
• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The starting compensation is expected to be: $50,000-$150,000/ year
