Dent Wizard is seeking an Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician. No experience is required as we provide paid training, and you’ll transition to commission-based compensation as you build your customer base.

Travel to customer locations or assigned sites to repair dents, review work with customers, write orders, and promote our services. Comprehensive benefits, a company vehicle, and advancement opportunities are offered.

Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician - No Experience Needed!

Training compensation at the hourly rate, then phased combo compensation of hourly rate and commission as you move out of training and start building your customer base!

Commission-based uncapped earning potential.

Long-term earning potential: $60,000-$150,000+

What You’ll Do:

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

The starting compensation is expected to be:
