Job summary

Dent Wizard is hiring an Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician – Trainee. Paid training, travel to customer sites, lodging provided; no experience required. Training spans 8 weeks with hands-on and classroom instruction, including travel and lodging.

Starting compensation is $21.00/hour. Long-term earning potential ranges from six figures with uncapped commission, plus excellent benefits, a company vehicle, gas card, and more.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process.
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.
