Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO), part of Bridgestone Americas, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Firestone Complete Auto Care team. This entry-level role supports vehicle service across brakes, tires, and basic mechanical tasks, with full- and part-time benefits available from day one.

This position offers on-the-job training, ASE certification support, and a competitive pay range, with opportunities for growth within a global tire and auto service leader.

Qualifications

• Must have basic mechanical task ability.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
