Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Lube Technician to service vehicles, rotate tires, perform inspections, and change fluids in a fast-paced shop. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and a focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Willingness to learn and pursue additional automotive certification training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles while servicing or repairing.
• Check fluids and maintenance-related parts; top off or replace as needed.
• Perform routine service inspections and standard maintenance jobs.
• Ensure documentation is complete and compliant with regulations.
• Support shop safety, inventory, and general duties as required.
• Attend trainings and follow shop policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
