Job summary

Qualifications

• Co-op experience in engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of electrical or process systems.
• Experience with data acquisition, historians, and database reporting.
• Exposure to programming/scripting in Python, VBA, or C#.
• Familiarity with plant networking and industrial IT concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation systems for process manufacturing.
• Develop electrical control systems interfacing with equipment and sensors.
• Architect solutions from database to UI using appropriate technologies.
• Provide real time, actionable information about processes.
• Develop quality code following standards and client requirements.
• Travel to client plants to assess and document existing systems and equipment.
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians as needed.
