The ideal candidate has dealership experience and is eager to develop diagnostic skills while performing oil changes, tire services, battery replacements, and inspections in a professional dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership experience required.
• Experience as a professional automotive technician.
• Basic understanding of automotive mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and common repairs.
• Willingness to continue learning and developing diagnostic skills.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Professional attitude and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Must provide your own professional hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and general automotive repairs.
• Complete oil changes, brake repairs, battery replacement, tire services, and other maintenance work.
• Perform inspections and identify additional repair needs.
• Assist with basic diagnostic procedures and troubleshooting.
• Perform suspension, steering, cooling system, and other mechanical repairs.
• Follow manufacturer repair procedures and dealership guidelines.
• Properly document work performed and repair recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Assist higher-level technicians when needed.
