Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates with a solid understanding of automotive mechanics (vocational school training, prior shop experience, or hobby knowledge preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Ability to learn quickly and take direction well.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude.
• Own basic hand tools or willingness to acquire them.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, fluid services, etc.)
• Diagnose and repair basic to intermediate automotive issues
• Assist senior technicians with more complex repairs
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and recommend services
• Provide accurate, honest recommendations to customers
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace environment
