Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers. You will learn how to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service to guests.

No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided. You will be trained with mid and senior technicians to learn additional automotive services and promote teamwork to meet guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience not required; training provided to learn skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, and preventative maintenance.
• Work with technicians to deliver outstanding guest service and communicate vehicle status.
• Contribute to a safe shop environment by following safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a team-oriented approach to meet guest expectations.
