Discount Tire & Service Centers is seeking an entry-level General Service Technician in Moorpark, CA. The role focuses on tire mounting/balancing and service tasks to gain hands-on experience toward becoming an Automotive Technician.

Ideal candidates include recent grads or students from an Automotive Technology program, with the ability to perform oil changes, brake work, and alignments under supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience with mounting, dismounting, and balancing Passenger/Light Truck tires (incl. low profile, large wheels).
• Experience replacing TPMS sensors.
• Experience lifting vehicles using hoists, jacks, stands.
• Experience oil changes with double-check system.
• Experience in vehicle alignments.
• Knowledge of brakes and suspension systems.
