Findlay Toyota in the Southwest U.S. is hiring an entry-level Automotive Technician to perform oil changes, tire rotations and basic maintenance. You will be trained hands-on by a team of veteran technicians to help you ramp up quickly and build a strong start to your career in automotive service.

The role emphasizes customer service and teamwork, with a supportive environment and a path toward growth within the Findlay Toyota network.

Qualifications

• Communication skills - communicates effectively with others.
• Time management - managing one’s own time and time of others.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspection.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first.
