From day one you’ll earn $18–$25 per hour, based on experience, with market-leading pay, bonuses, and opportunities for advancement. You’ll work on routine maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and drive quality

Responsibilities

• Routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid services.
• Multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Brake inspections and basic brake service.
• Tire installation, balancing, and repairs.
• Battery testing and replacement.
• Vehicle diagnostics using factory equipment (as training progresses).
• Maintaining accurate repair documentation.
• Keeping a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Working as part of a collaborative, high-performing service team.
• Delivering quality workmanship that exceeds customer expectations.
