Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, and make decisions.
• Commitment to learning new automotive technologies within the rapidly changing automotive industry.
• Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous automotive preventive maintenance experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn basic automotive services like mounting and balancing tires and oil changes.
• Train with mid and senior level automotive technicians to learn more services.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on guest expectations.
• Maintain adherence to company policies on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
