Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Maintenance Technician at Firestone Complete Auto Care. This entry-level role supports a skilled team servicing vehicles, with full and part-time benefits from day one and opportunities to earn ASE certifications.

You will learn to diagnose and repair brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical systems, perform oil changes, tire maintenance, and road test vehicles, under supervision.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
