Goodyear is hiring an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers. No prior experience required; you will be trained to perform basic services and deliver outstanding guest service.

The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for fast-track development. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour with training provided and potential for advancement within the Goodyear network.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires and oil changes.
• Assist experienced technicians and train in additional automotive services.
• Demonstrate guest service and communicate clearly with guests about vehicles
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations
• Maintain safety and follow company policies during vehicle care and operation
