You will collaborate with store leadership to boost productivity, profitability, and service standards. The role covers tire mounting, basic maintenance tasks, and safety inspections, with growth opportunities in a supportive, employee-owned team.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus in a retail environment.
• Able to lift 40-50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Basic conflict resolution and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of automotive tire and auto service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced store setting.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Correctly mount, dismount, balance, and repair tires on passenger and light trucks.
• Perform lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.
• Conduct and document vehicle safety inspections.
• Perform unsupervised maintenance such as headlights, belts, batteries, and wiper blades.
• Collaborate with store management to ensure productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a neat, safe work area and proper waste disposal.
• Assume other responsibilities as needed.
