Sullivan Tire and Auto Service is seeking an Entry Level Technician to perform entry-level vehicle maintenance and tire services. You will work with store management to meet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals while following internal controls and procedures.

The role emphasizes hands-on tire work, routine maintenance, and a path to grow within an employee-owned company committed to customer care and quality service.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus in a retail environment.
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
• Basic conflict resolution skills.
• Basic understanding of the automotive tire and auto service industry.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Correctly mounts, dismounts, balancing, and repair of passenger and light truck tires.
• Perform lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.
• Perform and document vehicle safety inspections.
• Unsupervised vehicle maintenance repairs (headlights, belts, batteries, wipers).
• Work with store management to ensure productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction standards.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area by disposing of waste products.
• Assume other responsibilities as needed.
