Midas Auto Experts is seeking an Entry Level Technician to join our full-service facility. You’ll perform a wide range of automotive maintenance tasks, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

This position emphasizes quality service and ongoing learning in a fast-paced shop setting. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, inspections, tire work, battery and brake replacements, and systems diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Entry level technicians must have basic automotive knowledge.
• Knowledge of shop equipment is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance such as fluid exchanges/flushes and oil changes.
• Conduct visual safety and courtesy inspections.
• Mount, balance, rotate tires and perform alignments.
• Replace batteries.
• Change bulbs, belts and hoses.
• Replace brakes and rotors.
• Work on suspension systems as needed.
• Maintain and clean the shop area.
• Willingness to learn and grow as a technician.
• Other shop maintenance tasks as needed.
