As an Entry Level technician, you will receive mentorship, hands-on training from factory certified staff, and opportunities for advancement within the Pohanka family of dealerships. Training costs may be reimbursed and education supported.

Qualifications

• No experience required for entry level position.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills expected.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willing to learn new technology and repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and per dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose components using diagnostic tools.
• Repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C.
• Communicate with Service Advisor about additional services and time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Provide video inspections of findings to customers at each visit.
