You will handle oil changes, tire services, and Digital Vehicle Inspections while learning from experienced technicians and service advisors in a structured shop setting. This position offers paid training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role suitable for mechanically inclined individuals.
• Must follow written procedures, safety standards, and store processes.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire services including mounting, dismounting, balancing and rotations.
• Perform oil changes and basic maintenance (fluids, wipers, bulbs, batteries, filters).
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections and document repair orders accurately.
• Identify safety-related issues and communicate findings through proper channels.
• Conduct State Safety and Emission Inspections where applicable under supervision.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and customer-ready areas.
• Assist with parts transport and be part of a safety-driven team.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE as required.
• Grow skills through coaching and training.
