Carter Myers Automotive (CMA) in Lexington Park, MD, is hiring a Service Porter to join our growing Service Department. This entry-level automotive role keeps the service lane running smoothly and ensures customers have a clean, professional experience when they visit.

Responsibilities include moving and parking customer vehicles, washing and preparing cars for pickup, keeping areas tidy, greeting customers, assisting service advisors and technicians, and following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to safely drive and operate different types of vehicles.
• Reliable, hardworking, and dependable.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Friendly and customer-focused.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Move and park customer vehicles safely.
• Wash, dry, and prepare vehicles for customer pickup.
• Keep the service lane, parking areas, and dealership grounds clean and organized.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Help Service Advisors and Technicians with daily tasks.
• Follow dealership safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as needed.
