Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be part of a dynamic group servicing vehicles in our stores, with full and part-time benefits starting on day one including a tool program discounts.

Responsibilities include diagnosing basic automotive issues, performing maintenance, tire care, battery checks, and road testing vehicles to ensure safety and quality. No prior ASE certification required upfront; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
