Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our automotive service team. You will diagnose and repair basic vehicle systems, perform routine maintenance, tire service, and safety checks in a fast-paced shop environment.

This role offers full- and part-time options with benefits from day one, including discounts on tools and opportunities for ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
