Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking an entry level Maintenance Technician to join a team servicing vehicles in a busy retail auto care environment.

This role offers full-time and part-time benefits from day one, with a pay range of $13.20–$19.80 per hour and a commitment to fair compensation. You will learn diagnostics and basic vehicle repairs, performing oil changes, tire maintenance, and routine inspections, while gaining ASE certifications through company-funded programs.

Qualifications

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems such as brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles to ensure proper repair and safety.

Responsibilities
