Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a team that services vehicles across our Firestone Complete Auto Care locations. This entry-level role offers full and part-time options with benefits from day one and a stated pay range of $15.18–$22.77 per hour.

You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform routine maintenance, change oil, inspect brakes, tires, and electrical components, and road-test vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
