Job summary

Huntington Honda in Elwood, NY is hiring entry-level Express Lube Technicians to join our service team. This paid training role offers $19-$22 per hour plus bonuses and a path to grow into higher-level technician positions.

You'll work in a busy, air-conditioned shop learning Honda maintenance standards, multi-point inspections, tire work, and service procedures alongside experienced techs. We provide factory training, ASE support, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn needed.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• A laptop is required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-point inspection of vehicle including fluids, battery, belts, tires, etc.
• Change or top off all fluids, grease bearings, check/change oil filter
• Change, mount, and balance tires
• Repair and replacement of tires
• Check tire pressure and add air if needed
• Maintain the dealership records and provide recommendations to customers regarding their vehicles
• Learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to keep up with rapidly changing technology
