Job summary

B Street Collision is hiring a Detailer to join our family-owned team. You will wash exteriors, vacuum interiors, and perform buffing when needed while upholding a high standard of final quality checks.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and maintaining a clean, organized shop environment. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:45 AM to 5:00 PM, with opportunities for growth and learning as part of our long-standing, customer-focused crew.

Qualifications

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where your attention to detail makes a visible impact.
• Ability to wash exterior of vehicle and vacuum and clean interior of vehicle.
• Buffing experienced preferred but not required.
• Complete final quality checks and take pride in your work to give each customer that "Wow" factor in every vehicle.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Assist the team with various tasks and be ready and open to learn new skills.
• Maintain a consistent Monday through Friday 6:45AM - 5:00PM schedule.
• Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds.
• You must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to multiple vehicle makes/models.
• Attention to detail with a positive can do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Detail exterior washing and interior cleaning of vehicles.
• Perform buffing as needed.
• Complete final quality checks and ensure customer satisfaction with the vehicle appearance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and assist teammates as needed.
• Adhere to the 6:45AM–5:00PM Monday–Friday schedule and safety practices.
• Assist with handling parts and equipment, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
