Job summary

B Street Collision in Olathe, KS is seeking a detailer to help maintain high-quality vehicle finishes. You will wash exteriors, vacuum interiors, and support the team with final inspections in a fast-paced shop that prides itself on accuracy and customer wow.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift heavy parts, and a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:45 AM to 5:00 PM. Training and growth are emphasized as part of our family-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail makes a visible impact.
• Ability to wash exterior of vehicle as well as vacuum and clean interior of vehicle.
• Buffing experienced preferred but not required.
• Complete final quality checks and take pride in your work to give each customer that "Wow" factor in every vehicle.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Assist the team with various tasks and be ready and open to learn new skills.
• Maintain a consistent Monday through Friday 6:45AM - 5:00PM schedule.
• Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds.
• You must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to multiple vehicle makes/models.
• Attention to detail with a positive can do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform exterior washing and interior cleaning to meet shop quality standards.
• Assist detailing team with pulling, prepping, and finishing vehicles.
• Conduct final quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction before delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and tools.
