B Street Collision Center in Olathe, KS is seeking a Disassembly Technician to join our collision repair team. You will disassemble damaged vehicles, identify hidden damage, and learn how a car is constructed and engineered under supervision with hands-on training.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and the ability to work with tools. A valid driver's license is required, and the schedule runs Monday through Friday with regular hours.

Qualifications

• Candidate should be able to disassemble damaged vehicles with care and accuracy.
• Ability to identify hidden damage that is not immediately visible.
• Familiarity with automotive components is preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble damaged vehicles in a safe and organized manner.
• Identify hidden or secondary damage during disassembly.
• Collaborate with a tech to learn construction and engineering aspects of cars.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety protocols.
• Work with various tools and adapt to different vehicle makes/models.

HERE ARE OUR NON-NEGOITALBES:

• Maintain a consistent Monday through Friday 6:45AM - 5:00PM schedule
• Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds
• You must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to multiple vehicle makes/models
• Attention to detail with a positive can do attitude
