Job summary

B Street Collision in Kansas City, KS is expanding its team with a Disassembly Technician role. You will disassemble damaged vehicles and work with an experienced A-tech to gain industry knowledge while maintaining a clean, organized shop environment.

We offer a strong, paid training program, a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:45 AM to 5:00 PM, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K and HSA contributions.

Qualifications

• Disassemble damaged vehicles.
• Maintain safe and organized work area.
• Operate and handle automotive tools as directed.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble damaged vehicles under supervision.
• Collaborate with an A-tech to gain industry knowledge.
• Learn how a car is constructed and engineered.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Meet a Monday–Friday 6:45 AM–5:00 PM schedule.
• Lift and move parts up to 50+ pounds.

• Disassemble damaged vehicles

• Maintain clean and organized environment
• Car knowledge preferred but not required
• Maintain a consistent Monday through Friday 6:45AM - 5:00PM schedule
• Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds
• You must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to multiple vehicle makes/models
• Attention to detail with a positive can do attitude
