Job summary

Carvana is seeking an Entry-level Auto Body Repair Technician in Greenfield, IN to prep vehicles for paint and support the reconditioning process. You will use sanding, masking, taping, bagging, teardown, and buffing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment; may be exposed to weather.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Prep vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing.
• Balance training with performance to progress skills and pay within Carvana.
• Support overtime requirements as needed to meet delivery commitments.
